A Shiftie is the food or drink your restaurant offers after work. When a manager releases yours, open the live code and show it to another authorized teammate. They redeem the Shiftie once.

What the account includes: Your account comes with a private Hospitality Passport. A manager invitation connects your restaurant directly; a request made with a restaurant code needs approval before the restaurant can release a Shiftie.
